Aman began his career at Holiday Inn Express, Gurugram as a Front Desk Associate. From his very first day, he stood out because of his friendly smile and helpful nature. He always welcomed guests warmly and made sure they felt comfortable during their stay. Whether it was helping with check-ins, answering questions, or solving problems, Aman always went the extra mile to make guests happy.
One time, during a very busy holiday season when the hotel was full and everyone was in a rush, Aman stayed calm and handled everything smoothly. Even with so many guests and a lot of pressure, he made sure no one had to wait too long, and everyone was treated with care and respect. His positive attitude and strong work ethic impressed both guests and the hotel management.
Because of his hard work, Aman was soon promoted to Guest Experience Manager. In this new role, he took even more responsibility.
